Combine the Hacked Portable Surgery Clinic with the Hacked Pharma Tech Tutoring Device.
This creates a Doctor Only item which raises first aid, pharma tech and treatment based on
the quality level of the item created.
Treatment Library
Combine the Hacked Pharma Tech Tutoring Device with the Hacked Portable Surgery Clinic.
This creates an item which raises first aid and treatment based on the quality level of
the item created.
